Born and raised in New Jersey, Khalil is a tenacious entrepreneur with a passion for real estate and a commitment to forging his path in life. He graduated from NJIT in 2009 with a Business Marketing and Finance degree, setting the stage for a career marked by resilience and determination.
Growing up in a broken home, he had to learn to fend for himself from a young age. His grandmother, a source of stability in his life, once owned a home, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the family lost it, leading to financial instability. This challenging experience compelled Khalil to take control of his destiny.
With unwavering determination, Khalil embarked on a path of entrepreneurship, recognizing that a traditional 9-to-5 job wouldn't provide the life he aspired to. He knew that he had the potential to break free from the cycle of uncertainty that had plagued his family for years. At the age of 26, he found himself amid a tumultuous period, living from pillar to post for over three and a half years.
Khalil's resilience and resourcefulness shone through during this difficult time. His journey took a significant turn when he acquired his New York Real Estate license and became a licensed New Jersey notary. These credentials opened doors to opportunities he had once only dreamed of. Khalil leveraged his knowledge of business marketing and finance to excel in the competitive world of real estate.
